Shipping Information:

Orders are processed same day and will usually ship in one to two days. Metal wallplates and custom requests will usually take two to four weeks for delivery,

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

We will accept returns on any item within 30 days of purchase. They must be in the original packaging and include all components. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on the return, unless we shipped an incorrect or damaged item. In order to make a return, please email us at salessupport@dimndimmer.com to Request an RGA# (Return Goods Authorization Number). Returns sent without an RGA# will be subject to a 20% restocking/research fee.
